At The Stacked Store, we want you to love your home curation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
